The Mastersons “LS1 shirt” will be available, in extremely limited batches, tomorrow at 12 eastern time, exclusively at Trove General. The shirts are made from Cone White Oak, 6.5 ounce Desert Sky Chambray and sewn on a series of antique Reeces, Singers, and Union Specials by one man. They have lock stitched, sewn, Indigo dyed Corozo, Tagua Nut buttons, a chain stitched reinforced collar with interior overlocked collar stand, 3/16th finish felled seams, period correct rip stop gussets with the chains running down (all chain stitches are tucked with no false termination,) 21 stitch Bar tacked reinforced pockets, and a mitered 1/16th cuff stitch finish with a tighter fit cuff (cuff single needle reinforced with 42 stitch bar tack.) Needless to say, they are incredible. They are available in sizes 34-52 (specs available below) at $265.00, as a final sale. Every shirt will have a stamped label, that is dated with the finished construction date, and run numbered sequentially. Care Instructions: It is recommended that the garment be soaked in cold water with a mild castile soap [Peppermint Dr. Bronners works great.] Feel free to soak ’em with your jeans, as this will only add to the longevity to the goods. Hang dry, iron at will. The material is also sanforized, so if you do choose to, you may machine wash and dry. Just remember, Heavy detergents, dryers, and washing machines destroy clothing.
