Happy to welcome Noble’s carefully handcrafted, small batch maple syrups to the shop! A small Canadian outfit, Noble specializes in infusing flavors like Bourbon, Tahitian Vanilla, and Chamomile (among other things) into the old time classic. Their Bourbon Syrup, Tonic 01, for example, is made with Tuthilltown Spirits, New York’s first whiskey distillery since prohibition. Their bourbons are produced with locally sourced grain and fruit farmed less than 10 miles away and contain no added flavor or color. Tonic 01, originally sourced from heritage sugar shacks in the ancient maple orchards of Quebec, has a hint of raw bourbon flavor thanks to 6 to 9 months spent in New York State’s Tuthilltown Distillery’s charred American oak barrels.
Hailed by the likes of Thomas Keller, Bobby Flay, and Mario Batali, Noble has a happy home at the shop [and our kitchen.] Stop by and pick one up for all of your favorite cooking and baking needs.
